Huawei sub-brand Honor has confirmed that rather than this originally suspected Honor 9i or Honor Play which may be rebranded as Honor 9X, it's set to start the Honor 9N at India on July 24. The Chinese manufacturer has also showcased the rear panel of the approaching handset which sports a double rear camera set up along with a rear-facing fingerprint detector. Last week, Honor sent invites to get a launching event where it's set to start the new version. The handset is expected to be the rebranded version of this Honor 9i (2018) which has been launched in China last month since an update of the first Honor 9i which surfaced in India in October this past year.

The official Honor India Twitter accounts on Monday posted a few teasers together with hashtag #Honor9N to validate the moniker of the approaching version. "Beauty isn't what meets the eye but a character that's about us! Get prepared to watch beauty like never before in the grand launching of #Honor9N on 24th July!" The business tweeted. Notably, the identical tweet contained a short video which shows the rear panel of Honor 9N that comprises the double back camera setup together with an LED flash module along with a fingerprint sensor.

The following tweet published by Honor India indicates an improved camera encounter throughout the Honor 9N - with hashtag #NoOrdinaryBeauty. This implies an updated set of 2 image sensors at the trunk and a massive sensor in the front. The brand may also incorporate a few artificial intelligence (AI) endorsed features.

If we think some prior reports, Honor 9N might be the Indian variant of the Honor 9i (2018). The handset has been started in China with a cost of CNY 1,399 (approximately Rs. 14,400) for its 64GB storage version, whereas its 128GB storage choice is offered in the nation in CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs. 17,500). Underneath the hood, there's an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 659 SoC, combined with Mali T830-MP2 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The handset includes a double rear camera setup using a 13-megapixel main sensor plus a 2-megapixel secondary detector. A 16-megapixel detector can be accessible at the front using a beauty style.

The Honor Play includes a back camera set up using a 16-megapixel main detector together with a f/2.2 aperture and PDAF plus a 2-megapixel secondary detector having a f/2.4 aperture. To get selfies, the handset includes a 16-megapixel sensor in the front with a f/2.0 aperture.
